Like a traditional travel agency, Luxury Worldwide Weddings can book your wedding from any tour operators’ wedding brochure or we can tailor make your wedding at the hotel of your choice in almost any country. Our suppliers include the best known operators such as Kuoni, Thomas Cook Signature and Virgin Holidays. We also work with a number of smaller independently owned tour operators, such as Caribtours, Elite Vacations and If Only who often provide a more personalised service and in depth knowledge of their specialist area. The choice we offer is only limited by your imagination and local legal restrictions.

Flexibility is particularly important if you are trying to accommodate a large wedding party. We can coordinate bookings from different UK airports for different durations. It is also possible for wedding guests to stay in different accommodation suited to their individual budget.

Honest, unbiased advice

We strongly believe that honesty is the best policy and will tell you if we believe your budget is insufficient, or the hotel you have chosen is not quite right, rather than sell you a substandard wedding.

Some travel agents are affiliated with particular tour operators, hence are incentivised to sell particular products. Although we have a preference of working with smaller independent suppliers, in some cases they are not able to offer such competitive rates. We are completely independent and have the choice of many suppliers. Whilst some suppliers do offer us enhanced commission levels YOU are our customer and we always offer the best holidays for you, not us. We hope in the long term this will pay dividends as you become lifelong customers (although we hope this will be the only wedding you book with us - we can book regular holidays too!).

Whilst the selection of weddings we can offer is almost endless, we also appreciate that too much choice can be confusing… We will carefully select a number of options, which we believe will best suit you based on our discussions and our extensive experience in planning overseas weddings. If you are unsure exactly what your dream wedding consists of, our initial proposals may not be quite right but we will work together until every details of your wedding is perfect.

With the average UK wedding costing over £20,000 weddings abroad can offer excellent value for money.

If you are shopping around our suggestions may not be the cheapest as we believe your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and the quality of accommodation (likely to be the most expensive aspect) is extremely important. That said, ‘like for like’ we are extremely confident we can offer you the best available prices in the travel industry. Although we are a relatively small company, as a member of the Hays Travel Independence Group (the UK’s largest independently owned travel agency) we have access to preferential commercial terms with many suppliers.

Luxury Worldwide Weddings are provided by Holidaysplease, ABTA number 65310. Additionally, all wedding packages including international flights will be covered by the relevant suppliers’ ATOL bond – details will be provided at time of booking.
